What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the website work, remember your settings and – with your consent – measure traffic and the effectiveness of advertising. This policy applies to www.taf-estate.cz and to the websites of our projects that link to it.

How we use cookies

• Necessary cookies are stored without consent because the website would not work or would not be secure without them (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).
• Analytics and marketing cookies are only stored, and the related tools only started, after you consent to them in the cookie banner. Until you give consent, these tools are not loaded.
• You can change or withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you gave it – by clicking the cookie icon shown at the edge of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Necessary cookies

• fs-cc, fs-cc-updated, fs-consent – store your cookie banner choice; provider: TAF Estate (Finsweet tool); duration 6–12 months.
• _cfuvid – protects the website against bots and attacks; provider: Cloudflare; duration: until you close the browser.
• _GRECAPTCHA – protects forms against spam (Google reCAPTCHA); provider: Google; duration up to 6 months.
• disclaimerAccepted – remembers that you have confirmed an information notice; provider: TAF Estate; duration 4 hours.

Analytics cookies (only with consent)

• _ga, _ga_* – Google Analytics 4, website traffic statistics; provider: Google; duration 13 months.
• _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, SM, MR, SRM_B – Microsoft Clarity, analysis of website use through heatmaps and session recordings; provider: Microsoft; duration from 1 day to 13 months.

Marketing cookies (only with consent)

• _fbp – Meta Pixel, measuring and targeting ads on Facebook and Instagram; provider: Meta; duration 3 months.
• sid, udid – Seznam Sklik, conversion tracking and retargeting; provider: Seznam.cz; duration 30 days.
• _gcl_* – Google Ads conversion tracking, if a campaign is running for the given website; provider: Google; duration 3 months.

Personalisation cookies

We do not currently use personalisation cookies.
